hot water water tap

i loved the breakfast at le beaulieu food was great with nice presentation

our room was lovely but after unpacking we realized there was no hot water in the shower i called and a technician who didn't speak english came by he just let the hot water tap at the basin run for 20 minutes the water eventually got hotter this was totally unacceptable
